There is currently no central guide for this. I found fragments of locations by searching the discussion topics here. There is a starting list covered by a site when you google "The Chronicles of Myrtana Arkholos: The art of being a Magician". It mentions 2 of the 3 locations and a bunch of other rune locations. It is incomplete though.
