No need to reboot the whole fire stick just go to the application and close the app and then reboot it individually. Try hard resetting your tv. Press and HOLD the power button on the tv or remote till it turns off and back on again. Just keep holding it and it'll restart. I have a Samsung Q9 and this is the fix for everything, if it's the tv.
